Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiry and claims calls with professionalism

• Document claims processes and conversations meticulously

• Communicate policies clearly to customers

• Meet call center metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities quickly

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and listening abilities

• Flexible scheduling required for a 35-hour work week

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
