ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Effectively process and track orders, returns.
- Handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responding to inquiries through phone and email.
- Communicate and follow up with customers to confirm resolution.
- Work closely with different divisions such as the Distribution Centre, credit and claims department.
- College diploma.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Service oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide solutions.
- Work well within a team.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
