Customer Success Advisor, AEC - French Speaking

Position Overview

Asa Customer Success Advisoryou’llcollaborate with Account teams, Channel Partners, and Sales Representatives to help customers fully realize the value of their Autodesk solutions. Your strong business acumen,curiositymindset, and ability to quicklyidentifycustomer needs will allow you to create impactful experiences across the customer journey—while also shaping internal best practices.

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagementtoalign product capabilities with customerobjectives.

Establishand execute advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value and product usage

Identifyand engageat-risk accountsby using strong discovery and consultative skillsto removerisk and realign them to success

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to drive customer milestones

Delivera high-quality experience that deepens customer satisfaction and loyalty

Uncover and act on opportunities to expand customer relationship through value discovery and strategic conversations

Minimum Qualifications

4–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role

Proventrack recordof working independently whiledrivingmeasurable impact

Experience navigating complex, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Proficiencyin Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models

Familiarity with Autodesk customer industries (AEC, MFG, M&E)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.

-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,000 and $128,260. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
