Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Gestionnaire de Configuration, Service à la Clientèle pour rejoindre notre équipe Efficacité de la Flotte basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez en collaboration transversale au sein de l'organisation du programme A220 afin d’améliorer la performance de la flotte en service.
Relevant du Chef de la Gouvernance et de la Planification des affaires du Service à la Clientèle, vous contribuerez à la mission fondamentale de l'équipe Efficacité de la flotte : garantir une exploitation sûre et économique de la flotte Airbus A220 en service, tout en améliorant en permanence la satisfaction des clients. L'équipe est structurée de manière à favoriser une collaboration transversale autonome où les membres se soutiennent mutuellement et apprennent collectivement.
Dans votre rôle de Gestionnaire de Configuration, Service à la Clientèle, vous maintiendrez le contrôle de la configuration de la flotte A220 en service en orchestrant le comité de contrôle des bulletins de service (Service Bulletin Control Board - SBCB).

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Configuration Manager, Customer Services to join our Fleet Efficiency team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work collaboratively across the A220 Programme organization to improve in-service fleet performance.
Reporting to the Head of Governance & Business Planning in Customer Services, you will contribute to the core mission of the Fleet Efficiency team: ensuring the safe and economic operation of the in-service Airbus A220 fleet while continuously improving customer satisfaction. The team is structured to foster autonomous, cross-functional collaboration where members support one another and learn collectively. In your role as Configuration Manager, Customer Services, you will maintain control over the A220 in-service configuration by orchestrating the A220 Service Bulletin Control Board (SBCB).
