As a Reservation Agent, you will engage with guests promptly over phone and email, ensuring their booking needs are met.

Your role requires expertise in room types, pricing, and exceptional customer service to optimize guest satisfaction. Collaborate with teams across departments to enhance the personalized experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to reservation calls and emails

• Assist guests in selecting the best room/package

• Manage the waiting list for optimal occupancy

• Collaborate with teams to provide guest information

• Develop extensive knowledge of hotel features

Requirements:

• Hospitality diploma preferred, experience an asset

• Strong customer service orientation

• Positive, organized, and proactive demeanor

• Fluency in English and French is essential

• Familiarity with OPERA PMS is a plus
