Elevate customer success as a Customer Onboarding Specialist with Jobber! This role focuses on guiding small home service businesses through their onboarding journey to maximize their use of Jobber.
As part of the Success team, you'll welcome new home service businesses, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, offering expert advice on Jobber features, and customizing workflows to meet their unique needs. Building strong relationships is fundamental, as you help them transition from initial setup to full activation within 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new customers through onboarding from kickoff to activation
• Provide expert advice on Jobber features and functionalities
• Actively listen and respond to customer needs
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows for improved session prep
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability
• Experience with modern CRM tools like Salesforce
• Proven ability to manage high-volume customer onboarding
• Passion for supporting small businesses and enhancing customer success
