Bilingual Account Representative

Use precise bilingual communication and customer service skills as an Account Representative port clients, sales teams, and customer satisfaction across Canada.

Reporting to the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Director, this Account Representative manages regular client relationships and requests. The position combines customer service, order entry, CRM technology, and collaboration with forecasting and shipping departments. You will support Leviton’s electrical, lighting, data network, and energy management solutions.

• Respond courteously and precisely to customer inquiries and requests
• Manage regional clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process Return Goods Authorizations under company policies
• Support B2B, EDI, and website platform use
• Coordinate product availability and timely delivery

• Completed college diploma
• Two years of relevant similar experience
• Fluent spoken and written French and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organization, precision, and interpersonal skills
