Bilingual Customer Service Representative Montreal

Serve Intact customers in French and English from Montreal, using strong communication skills and computer applications in a hybrid work model. Monday-to-Friday scheduling may include day or evening shifts.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I, you will answer calls, adjust customer accounts, and resolve customer issues. You will guide customers through online and mobile self-service tools. The position starts January 11, 2027, with two weeks of scheduled training before regular operations.

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing customer calls
• Provide outstanding customer service in French and English
• Answer questions and adjust customer accounts
• Guide customers through online and mobile self-service tools
• Process reinstatements, send documents, and resolve customer issues

• Fluency in French and English for regular customer service
• At least six months of experience
• Computer proficiency with Apple and Android applications
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and enthusiasm
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
