Comme commis en service à la clientèle, vous travaillerez dans une entreprise de production, vente et restauration de meubles. Vous apprendrez à servir la clientèle, entretenir des équipements de communication et utiliser des outils informatiques. Vous développerez également vos compétences en classement documentaire et transmission d’informations.
Principales responsabilités :- Servir la clientèle avec courtoisie et respect
- Répondre au téléphone et transmettre des informations
- Utiliser et entretenir différents équipements de communication
- Utiliser Word, Excel et Outlook
- Classer et suivre les documents administratifs
- Peu d’expérience dans le domaine
- Aimer travailler avec la clientèle
- Posséder des connaissances informatiques de base
- Maîtriser le français oral et écrit
- Être admissible à un programme subventionné par Services Québec
