Customer Service Order Coordinator

Coordinate customer orders and deliveries while using strong communication and organization skills in a customer service representative position. Support efficient service levels across operations.

This Customer Service Representative connects customers with sales, planning, production, logistics, and Finance teams. The work covers order entry, priority-based processing, carrier scheduling, and transportation appointments. It also includes customer follow-up, issue management, and service performance monitoring.

• Enter customer orders and process operational priorities
• Schedule deliveries with carriers and manage transportation appointments
• Handle phone calls, emails, complaints, and order follow-up
• Communicate with Costco, Loblaw, Walmart, and other key customers
• Monitor OTIF performance and identify workflow improvements

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency; JDE knowledge is an asset
• French and English bilingualism, plus administration diploma or equivalent experience
