This Bilingual Associate, Sales and Customer Service position supports Canadians seeking protection for valuable assets. You will listen carefully, analyze customer needs, explain products, and propose insurance solutions. The role includes three months of structured training before evening inbound call centre work.

• Help callers choose from available insurance solutions
• Provide product answers and coverage guidance
• Promote services based on analyzed customer needs
• Recommend choices supporting informed customer decisions
• Contribute to developing and implementing new initiatives

• Regular service experience with French- and English-speaking clientele
• Customer-driven approach with strong listening skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
