As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, modifications, and cancellations. The role requires French and English communication, active listening, organization, and attention to detail. You will provide hotel, facility, city, and local attraction information while supporting smooth front desk operations.

• Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cancellations

• Excellent French and English verbal communication skills
• At least one year of customer service experience
