Bilingual Digital Customer Service Representative

Support Intact customers through digital tools and phone service in a hybrid role based in Laval or Montreal Downtown. French and English are required.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Intact’s Digital Centre of Expertise, you will answer customer calls and resolve account needs. The position supports Automérite™ customers through phone service, online tools, and the mobile app. You will work Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with one rotating Saturday shift every four weeks.

• Answer incoming calls with outstanding customer service
• Serve as first telephone contact for Automérite™ customers
• Answer questions and adjust customer accounts
• Guide customers through online and mobile self-service tools
• Send policy documents and resolve customer issues

• At least six months of experience
• French and English bilingualism for regular customer service calls
• Computer proficiency with Apple and Android applications
• Microsoft Office Suite and other application skills
• Authorization to work in Canada
