Mid-Market SaaS Customer Success Manager

Drive SaaS adoption and retention as a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager with Riverside, working remotely from Toronto during Eastern time zone business hours.

You will manage Mid-Market customers as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. The role focuses on enabling success at scale, long-term retention, and growth. You will guide customers across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion while collaborating with Product and Marketing.

• Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers
• Lead regular business reviews and high-impact conversations
• Drive adoption and enable customer success at scale
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on customer insights

• At least three years’ customer success or support experience
• Experience managing a high velocity of accounts
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines
