Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will explain service capabilities, enter work orders, resolve service issues, and communicate shipment updates. You will coordinate appointments and delivery windows while identifying anticipated issues and possible alternatives. The position requires transport customer service experience, strong organization, and Microsoft Office skills.

• Provide customers with service capabilities and capacity information
• Enter order details accurately into the computer system
• Resolve routine service issues and identify possible solutions
• Schedule appointments within designated customer delivery windows
• Communicate shipment updates with shippers, consignees, and third parties

• Two years of transport customer service experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and local geographical knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite experience and independent work ability
• Bilingualism required for the Montreal office
