As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support ABC Fitness’s diverse global customer base. You will own issues from initial contact through resolution while explaining solutions clearly. The work includes technical issue reporting, knowledge-base updates, customer relationships, and CRM maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear support through email, chat, and phone
- Own customer issues through complete resolution
- Identify technical issues and report them to Product
- Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and saved replies
- Demonstrate product capabilities and functionality
- Minimum one year in a customer-facing role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong empathy for customer challenges and pain points
- AI literacy, curiosity, and ability to adapt
