The team at  Fitzgerald Dentistry  located in  Ottawa, ON  are looking for a passionate, hard‑working  Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant  on a full‑time basis.

The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Schedule

35‑40 hours per week

Monday 8‑4:30 pm

Tuesday 8‑4:30 pm

Wednesday 11‑7:30 pm

Thursday 8‑4:30 pm

Friday 8‑1 pm

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such as Adbeldent

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
