Our client is seeking a technically adept Architectural Technologist with a keen eye for detail and at least three years of experience. This role involves producing comprehensive architectural documentation in collaboration with Project Architects while managing consultant interactions throughout the delivery process.
You'll work with in a supportive team that values professional growth and a harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Design Development and Construction Documents efficiently
• Produce architectural models and drawings using Revit
• Oversee consultant documentation coordination
• Assist with building code compliance and permit applications
• Participate in quality control and project delivery processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural practice
• Strong skills in Revit and BIM methodologies
• Knowledge of construction systems and building codes
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
