Shape the future of architecture with Figurr as a Senior Studio Lead in Ottawa. You will lead and mentor architects while overseeing complex projects in a collaborative environment.
This newly created role focuses on providing day-to-day leadership to our Ottawa team of designers and architects. With 10+ years of architectural leadership experience, you’ll drive project success and promote a collaborative studio culture. Your active engagement in project work will ensure growth and development for both the team and projects at Figurr.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support Ottawa studio team members
• Lead larger and complex architectural projects
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and care
• Represent Figurr in client meetings and community events
Requirements:
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (OAA) preferred
• At least 10 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Drive excellence in architectural design while fostering team growth and operational clarity at Figurr.
