Your expertise in storytelling and design language will help unite our approach for diverse stakeholders, including Parks & Recreation and commercial venue clients. Your background will empower our team to develop strong design methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set creative direction and mentorship for project designers

• Formulate innovative design approaches for all project types

• Build templates and standards that reflect brand identity

• Lead projects focused on immersive storytelling environments

• Conduct user interviews to inform new design directions

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years design experience; 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven user experience or design leadership in themed environments

• Expertise in 3D design software like Solid Works

• Strong bilingual presentation skills

• Collaborative experience with engineers and fabricators
