Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Architect dedicated to shaping diverse projects. You'll have the opportunity to lead multiple projects from initiation through completion while fostering strong client relationships. The firm values collaboration and encourages innovative ideas, ensuring every member's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects through all design and construction stages
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Facilitate multidisciplinary teamwork for seamless project execution
• Prepare and review all design and construction documents
• Mentor and develop junior architectural staff
Requirements:
• AIBC registration preferred for applicants
• Minimum 5 years delivering architectural projects
• Strong skills in Autodesk Revit software
• In-depth understanding of BC Building Code
• Willingness to relocate to BC's Interior Region
