Location: Montreal
Drive product innovation at Affinity as a Lead Product Designer, enhancing how users leverage relationships. This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area and focuses on AI-enhanced design.
As a key team member, you'll fully own your design process, conducting user research and translating insights into delightful product experiences. Partner with Engineering and Product Management teams in a fast-paced setting to deliver trustworthy insights that enhance user engagement.
Your role will also involve collaborating in the design community to shape the future of Affinity's products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design from initial concept to implementation
• Champion user research and testing within teams
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Design intuitive AI-driven data interfaces
• Contribute significantly to the design culture
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in professional product design
• Skilled in user research and usability methodologies
• Familiar with AI-based product design
• Effective communication and storytelling abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong design craft
