Kamik seeks a Principal Designer with substantial experience, ideally 10+ years, in the technical footwear sector. You will lead design initiatives from concept to final product while ensuring alignment with market demands and consumer preferences. Your technical knowledge combined with a strategic vision will be essential in delivering high-performance footwear that resonates with users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design of multifunctional outdoor footwear

• Produce detailed 2D designs and material specifications

• Participate in material selection and design strategies

• Evaluate market and consumer trends for design guidance

• Collaborate on developing and refining prototypes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional footwear design experience

• Profound knowledge of performance materials and advanced techniques

• Expertise in footwear manufacturing and construction processes

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, notably Illustrator

• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects
