You will play a crucial role in managing and advancing the Heritage sector's objectives h a focus on strategic leadership and operational excellence, your 10+ years of expertise in architecture will help forge new paths in heritage restoration and conservation. Collaborate closely with Alberta’s Managing Principal to meet financial targets and expand client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue generation and project development

• Create strategic market expansion plans with teams

• Enhance client relationships and identify new growth areas

• Provide architectural leadership for major heritage projects

• Mentor team members in heritage practices

Requirements:

• Accredited degree in Architecture eligible for Québec licensure

• Extensive experience in the heritage sector (10+ years)

• Strong grasp of conservation and restoration best practices
