As a Senior Design Coordinator, you’ll be pivotal in executing designs and managing relationships with architects and engineers. With a solid foundation in BIM methodologies and at least five years of relevant experience, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in design deliverables. Your analytical skillset will play a key role in optimizing design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand client project documentation

• Coordinate efforts among professionals in design development

• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and objectives

• Facilitate technical documentation and manage inquiries

• Participate in design meetings and follow-up on outstanding issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture

• 5+ years of experience in design roles

• Advanced understanding of BIM methodologies

• Professional order membership (OIQ, OAQ)

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
