Location: Montreal
Join a dynamic team as an Architectural Auditor focused on ensuring building compliance in Québec. This role requires hands-on inspections and collaboration with technical specialists.
You will manage detailed audits of buildings and their architectural components while developing inspection plans that comply with local standards and regulations. By gathering and analyzing construction data, you will document deficiencies, classify issues, and provide recommendations for repairs and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site surveys for condition assessments
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality control
• Document issues and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Analyze construction manuals and maintenance histories
• Estimate repair and replacement costs for architectural elements
Requirements:
• College diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in building inspection
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel approximately 75%
