• Continuously evolve PENN.Penningtons’ material vision

• Partner with design leaders to bring concepts to life

• Explore emerging trends and technologies in textiles

• Facilitate communication between Design and Global Sourcing

• Create informative and engaging design reviews

Requirements:

• Significant experience in fashion design

• Advanced knowledge of textiles and innovations

• Strong communication skills with global stakeholders

• Ability to provide clear design direction
