At MaintainX, a key player in mobile-first platforms, you are tasked with managing a design team of 4-6 designers. With at least 6 years of experience in product design, your insight will be critical in shaping product strategy into user-friendly executions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to champion design quality and user needs in every aspect of development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high design standards for web and mobile applications
• Foster team growth through mentorship and feedback
• Align product strategy with design execution effectively
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to facilitate delivery
• Promote innovation in design practices and tooling
Requirements:
• 6+ years in product design on B2B platforms
• 1–3 years in a management role
• Strong capability in product thinking and narrowing complexity
• Experience with AI-driven design tools
• Expert-level English proficiency for cross-team alignment
