Shape RW&CO collections through seasonal design, trend interpretation, and a hybrid work environment with Reitmans (Canada) Limited.
As a Fashion Designer, you will translate customer insight, cultural influences, and brand direction into commercially compelling assortments. You will work with Design, Merchandising, and key partners from concept through final execution. Your expertise will guide silhouettes, colour, fabrics, fittings, and finishing across assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Design seasonal assortments expressing the RW&CO aesthetic
Translate fashion and cultural influences into design ideas
Develop sketches, garment concepts, and design packages
Refine proportion, construction, fit, and finishing during fittings
Own creative execution across assigned categories
Requirements:
Fashion Design degree or related college diploma
Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
Strong understanding of silhouette, proportion, colour, and fabric
Experience creating design packages and presentation materials
French and English bilingualism for partner communication
Bring a distinct creative eye, product instinct, and commercial design perspective to RW&CO collections at Reitmans (Canada) Limited.
