Key Responsibilities:- Support trend-driven collection design and development for PENN.
- Research fashion trends, markets, and consumer preferences
- Create sketches, garment concepts, palettes, and design packages
- Assist fabric, print, trim, and colour selection
- Participate in fittings, reviews, and design refinements
- Fashion Design diploma or university degree
- One to three years of fashion design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
Develop fashion collections through trend insight, creative tools, collaboration, and careful attention to fit, colour, fabric, and detail.
