Massey-Vanier High School is seeking a part-time Secondary Teacher to engage students in French as a Second Language. This position runs from August 25, 2026, to June 29, 2027, with an 80% workload. Ideal candidates are pursuing teaching credentials and have relevant educational backgrounds for effective instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach FSL subjects to Secondary students

• Develop lesson plans focused on language recuperation

• Collaborate with the school principal and staff

• Support students in achieving learning objectives

• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

• Valid Quebec teaching authorization or in process

• Enrollment in Bachelor or Master of Teaching program

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Experience working with young people or adults

• Comparative evaluation for foreign diplomas if applicable
