Position: LCI Education Specialized Technician Role
Location: Montreal West

Make a difference in student lives as a Specialized Technician at LCI Education. This full-time role involves supporting students' educational journeys through tailored assistance and guidance.

As part of the Student Experience Directorate, you will handle psychosocial support requests and implement approved accommodations. You will work closely with students to develop their learning strategies and enhance their social abilities. Your ongoing support and follow-ups will nurture their personal and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first response for student support inquiries

• Implement adaptations based on advisor recommendations

• Coach students on specialized learning techniques and tools

• Develop essential social skills through targeted interventions

• Collaborate with teachers for effective student support

Requirements:

• DEC or equivalent degree in social work or related area

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field

• Strong French language skills, both spoken and written

• Professional proficiency in English required
