Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on learning needs for stakeholders

• Develop and design various learning solutions adhering to timelines

• Track project deliverables with service providers

• Enhance existing training content for better pedagogy

• Oversee changes to the LMS catalog for tracking purposes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field

• Four years of relevant experience in instructional design

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French

• Proven proficiency with eLearning software

• Experience with AI integration in learning processes
