Position: Instructor for Flight Attendant Training
Location: Dorval

Shape aviation through your expertise as a Flight Attendant Instructor. You'll develop training materials and conduct evaluations to ensure excellence in service.

We are looking for a dedicated instructor with five to seven years of Flight Attendant experience. Your responsibilities involve preparing a training syllabus, maintaining exam control, and leading classroom sessions. Your bilingual skills, alongside knowledge of Cree culture, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain training documentation

• Deliver instructional sessions and support trainees

• Conduct line indoctrination checks when necessary

• Improve existing training programs

• Organize and manage examination files

Requirements:

• High School diploma mandatory

• 5-7 years as a Flight Attendant required

• Previous experience in training preferred

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong problem-solving abilities
