Batshaw Youth and Family Centres, located in Westmount, is hiring qualified Psycho educators for full-time positions in the Evaluation and Orientation Service for Youth Protection. You will leverage your psycho educational knowledge alongside multidisciplinary teams to assess and intervene in children's safety and development. This role provides an excellent opportunity to nurture the next generation of professionals while engaging directly with diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess reports concerning child safety and development
• Analyze protection needs of children and families
• Intervene effectively within diverse communities
• Contribute to clinical decision-making in multidisciplinary settings
• Mentor emerging psychoeducators within the service
Requirements:
• Member of the OPPQ
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical and clinical leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
