Key Responsibilities:

• Develop professional development initiatives in teaching

• Collaborate to design online and blended courses

• Deliver training on best practices in education

• Maintain TLSS resources collection and best practices

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in education or instructional design

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in higher education

• Experience in creating educational resources

• Excellent bilingual communication skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
