Key Responsibilities:

• Lead prioritization and workload distribution for the Education team

• Support design and delivery of e-learning and workshops

• Ensure quality control in all educational materials

• Guide team members in instructional methodologies

• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or similar

• 5-7 years' experience in program development and adult education

• Bilingualism in English and French is required

• Proven knowledge of instructional design and e-learning

• Ability to analyze feedback and implement improvements
