Become a part of Airbus's Organizational Development team as a Training Deployment Business Partner. You'll deliver leadership and interpersonal training to around 4,000 employees.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of deploying training sessions, mentoring, and implementing diversity programs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Airbus sites in the Americas, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating supportive relationships with trainers and consultants to optimize learning solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of leadership training deployments
• Organize logistics for both in-person and virtual training
• Liaise with trainers and consultants for effective delivery
• Conduct performance analysis to adjust training processes
• Update internal documents and support marketing materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in training or customer service
• Fluent communication skills in French and English
• Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and LMS tools
