Location: mirabel
Join Airbus Canada as a Learning Business Partner in Mirabel, Québec, where you will develop impactful learning solutions. This role focuses on enhancing employee training effectiveness and supporting the A220 program.
As part of the Human Resources team, you will analyze training needs and create pathways that align with organizational goals. Collaborating with various departments and international teams, you will manage projects and foster innovative learning solutions while ensuring training compliance and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement learning activities for diverse employee groups
• Perform strategic analysis to guide learning pathways per job roles
• Facilitate On-Job Training for health and safety qualifications
• Create annual integrated training plans and support skill management
• Manage relationships with external training providers and evaluate their performance
Requirements:
• University-level studies in pedagogy or related fields
• 5 years' experience in learning management
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate) and French (Advanced)
Contribute to a collaborative learning environment and optimize training for the A220 program.
