In this key role, reporting to the Director of Studies, you will coordinate teaching assignments, manage communications, and support new teachers' integration. Your educational background and at least 2-3 years in administrative roles will help you navigate the complexities of academic planning and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify teaching needs for each academic session
• Plan and validate primary assignments using management tools
• Process modifications related to group openings or closings
• Manage assignments for internship supervision
• Handle requests for teaching replacements during sessions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in education or relevant field
• 2-3 years administrative experience in education
• Knowledge of post-secondary school environments
• Proficiency in office tools and academic management software
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
