We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician profile. In the Organizational Learning team you will act as an advisor and trainer on the initial training needs of our new employees. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions in order to contribute to achieving the objectives of the manufacturing plan.

• Integrate and develop hands‑on activities within our training programs
• Set up the learning environments required for training
• Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
• Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners; identify and capture continuous improvement opportunities
• Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Technician
• Experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage projects effectively
• Ability to influence others
• Strong team player
• Demonstrates adaptability and tolerance for change
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
