Internship in HR Learning Development

Location: Dorval

Explore a hands-on internship with Bombardier in HR - Organizational Learning & Development for Fall 2026. Gain valuable experience by collaborating on training solutions and enhancing people development in aircraft manufacturing.

As an intern, you will focus on learning architecture, working alongside Subject Matter Experts and the Business Learning Partners. You’ll assist in crafting instructional materials and evaluate new training solutions, ensuring you contribute positively to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Learning modules and activities development

• Assist in creating e-learning modules and instructional materials

• Support implementation and evaluation of training solutions

• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas

• Manage administrative tasks related to the Learning Management System

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design or Graphic Design

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Experience with MS Office and e-learning tools

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Available to work onsite 2 days per week
