Position: Continuing Education Get SET Instructor
Become a key education leader as a Get SET Instructor in our Childcare Training Program. This role emphasizes dynamic teaching and effective classroom management.

The Continuing Education Officer's team is searching for a creative instructor experienced in ESL and adult education. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating engaging lessons while ensuring a supportive learning environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential as you deliver instruction to diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct adult learners in English as a Second Language

• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

• Utilize strong oral communication and presentation skills

• Maintain relevant teaching certifications continuously

• Manage inquiries with tact and discretion

Requirements:

• TESL Ontario Certification or equivalent teaching credentials

• Familiarity with Canadian Language Benchmarks and board policies

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Proven ability to develop respectful relationships in the classroom
