Join Bombardier in Dorval as an Organizational Learning Training Coordinator. Ensure seamless training coordination and logistics across various manufacturing sites to enhance employee skill development.
This role demands professionalism and a meticulous approach to managing training logistics. You will assess training needs, collaborate with key stakeholders, and maintain the Learning Management System to track competencies and certifications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and prioritize training requests with learning partners
• Develop training sessions and schedules
• Confirm room bookings and optimize seat capacity
• Communicate schedules to internal stakeholders
• Process and ensure accuracy of attendance data
Requirements:
• DEC in office administration or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in training coordination, ideally in aerospace
• Full professional bilingualism in French and English
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Experience with LMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office
