Position: Team Lead for Educational Facilitation at PIPSC
Join PIPSC in Ottawa as the Team Lead for Education, focusing on facilitating innovative educational programs. This hybrid, full-time role is dedicated to enhancing learning services for PIPSC members.

As a Team Lead under the guidance of the Director of Public Affairs, you will oversee the Education team's program development and delivery. You’ll leverage your expertise to align educational content with adult learning principles and ensure accessibility and quality. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential in this role to enhance member learning experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish workload priorities and timelines for the team

• Coordinate educational program development and delivery

• Ensure consistency and quality across educational offerings

• Provide expertise in adult learning and design techniques

• Monitor programs and recommend enhancements for learner experience

Requirements:

• Degree in education, learning, or related discipline

• 5-7 years' experience in adult education and training

• Must be fluent in English and French

• Strong knowledge of instructional design and e-learning tools

• Demonstrated ability to lead and improve educational practices
