This role offers you the opportunity to work 30 hours per week, collaborating with a dedicated team of Educators. Your main focus will be on providing engaging programming for primary-age children during school operational hours. You'll cultivate a safe and nurturing environment while leading your team and managing daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging experiences in STEM, sports, and arts

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the school

• Lead and manage Educators on-site, including rosters

• Ensure compliance and administrative operations run smoothly

Requirements:

• Genuine enjoyment of working with children

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to obtain relevant background checks

• Relevant qualifications or in pursuit of one for OSHC

• Complete National Child Safety Training pre-onboarding
