As part of Air Canada’s Cabin Crew Training Team, you will play a crucial role in training and coaching cabin crew members to maintain excellence. You'll conduct classroom training, assess trainee performance, and lead development projects aimed at enhancing the curriculum and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and simulator training sessions

• Complete pre and post-training administration tasks

• Coach and support cabin crew on board and at service centers

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback

• Assist in designing major training programs

Requirements:

• Knowledge of adult learning principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to challenge existing training methods
