LTO French Teacher at OCSB

Make an impact as a Long Term Occasional French Teacher at the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB). This role focuses on supporting students during a teacher’s leave, while fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The OCSB is seeking a qualified educator to fill a temporary teaching position in Kindergarten French. As a candidate, you must hold a valid Ontario College of Teachers certification and have completed Sexual Abuse Prevention Training. This assignment allows you to engage with students and contribute to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Kindergarten French curriculum and lesson plans

• Support students in their language learning journey

• Collaborate with staff to enhance student learning experiences

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress

Requirements:

• In good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Completion of Sexual Abuse Prevention Training
