Position: Technical Learning Advisor Bombardier

Become a Technical Learning Advisor at Bombardier, where you’ll empower new mechanical technicians through innovative training programs and hands-on activities. This role combines advising with practical training in a collaborative environment.

As a key member of Bombardier's organizational learning team, you'll leverage your expertise to develop effective learning solutions for new employees. Your responsibilities include setting up training environments, delivering sessions, and promoting operational excellence. Strong coaching skills will enable you to guide learners effectively while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate hands-on activities into training programs

• Set up training environments for effective learning

• Deliver training sessions to support new hires

• Provide technical support for new learning solutions

• Lead coaching sessions offering constructive feedback

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician

• DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance (M2 License preferred)

• Experience in adult education or coaching

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
