Join CAE's Training Centre Operations team to provide expert instruction for the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator course.
Your role involves delivering theory and practical phases, ensuring training objectives are met, and supporting aircrew development. Emphasizing hands-on training with simulators and real aircraft, you will compile evaluations and contribute to courseware development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver TACCO course incorporating theory and live phases
• Provide SME support to CQ-9B courses
• Compile student progress and debrief reports
• Develop instructional materials and teaching aids
• Liaise with students for course scheduling
Requirements:
• Previous TACCO instructor experience preferred
• Formal training in Instructional Techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain security clearance
